Presentation: Leveraging Social Media (4:45pm- 5:25pm)
• From a business standpoint, there’s no denying that social media is playing an ever-increasing role in both marketing and customer engagement. Regardless of industry, social media provides an opportunity to give organizations a ‘personality’ and communicate quickly and directly with other businesses and consumers. In this presentation, an executive from a cloud company will share insights about the platforms they use, the type of content that is most beneficial, the audiences they target, and various tools to manage their social media presence.
- The presentation would be 30 minutes long and allow 10 minutes for Q&A.


Panel #1: Client Acquisition and Retention Strategies (5:25pm- 6:05pm)
• There are two key elements to client relationships- building new ones and maintaining existing ones. When it comes to acquiring new clients, savvy organizations are increasingly seeing all their employees as important to the sales drive. Many are also developing specialist sales strategies. In the session, 3 CEOs of Cloud Partners will share the sales strategies they use to bring on new clients. They will also share the processes they have in place to make sure existing clients are looked after and that the firm is able to understand and respond to their changing needs.
- This panel will have three (3) partners sharing different strategies for bringing in new clients, and what they’re doing to ensure continued satisfaction for existing ones.
- This session will last 40 minutes, with the first 10 minutes being for introductions and the remaining 30 for Q&A.


Panel #2: Using the Cloud to Respond to Customer Demands (7:55 pm- 8:35 pm)
• When it comes to providing IT services and solutions, there’s definitely no ‘one size fits all’ model. Cloud services, in particular, are becoming more and more pervasive and can satisfy customer needs in a number of ways. Whether it’s private, public, or hybrid, there are a number of styles and cloud technology platforms that can solve consumers’ needs.
- This panel will have three (3) partners discussing the cloud business models they are using to respond to the latest trends and customer demands. Which platforms suit which clients? What was the decision-making behind implementing these?
- This session will last 40 minutes, with the first 10 minutes being for introductions and the remaining 30 for Q&A.
