    Mark Del Bianco is the principal of The Law Office of Mark C. Del Bianco, located in the Washington, D.C. area. Mark’s practice focuses on assisting U.S. and international clients using new technologies to provide innovative communications products and services, including channel partners, metropolitan area fiber networks, broadband service providers, satellite resellers, data centers, and mobile app developers. Mark regularly advises clients on the risks and challenges involved with the growth of the mobile Internet and the move to the cloud.
    Most of Mark’s projects are transactional or regulatory matters. The transactional work includes negotiating agreements for cloud services, for wireless, fiber optic and satellite network capacity, for private enterprise networks, and for strategic partnerships. Advising on data privacy and security issues has also become a larger part of his practice since 2009. He also represents clients in a variety of regulatory proceedings at the federal (FCC) and state levels, and channel partner clients in their business disputes with master agents and service providers.
    Prior to opening his own practice in 2003, Mark spent 11 years in the Washington, D.C. office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLC. His legal experience also includes three years in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Justice Department. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Maryland and the Yale Law School.
